Fix network issue on Big Sur

1. Install Parallels Desktop 16

2. Open the terminal

3. Enter the following command

   sudo -b /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_client_app
   

4. Enter the admin password and press Enter

5. This command will start Parallels Desktop 16.
   On Big Sur, you will be prompted to open the permissions.
   After that, you can run Windows with internet connected.
